AMY ORS is responsible for the merchandise on every shipment during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point you become responsible for your purchased items.
If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package will confirm receipt and be responsible for it.

Once the reception of your message has been confirmed by our customer service, our carrier will be advised to proceed.

The refund of the amount will be made through the same payment system with which you made the initial order, in a maximum period of 14 working days from receipt in our warehouse.
Shipping costs will not be refunded except in case of delivery product mistake on our part.
You will receive the refunded amount through the payment method used during the purchase, including shipping costs for faulty goods or orders cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) only; otherwise, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Our Quality department applies a careful pre-shipment review system so that each of our products is tried to be dispatched in perfect condition.
It may be that any item could be considered as defective. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged.
If you receive a defective item, please follow the returns or exchanges process described above within 14 days of reception of your order.
Goods are also considered as defective where a manufacturing fault is detected after use within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
In case you receive a defective item please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief description of the problem and a some pictures of this to help us to confirm if it is a manufacturing fault. If we identify a manufacturing fault, we will arrange a collection and our quality department will check the item.
A repair of the faulty items will be offered if possible. If you wish to exchange your item, please note that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund (excluding taxes and duties) if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
