Yes, they are. Amy Ors shoes are made in Elda (Spain). Amy Ors only works with widely experienced and traditional high-quality shoes factories and choosing the best materials for collections.

Our plan is to have availability stock of all our lines and sizes. If you do not find your size or your favourite shoes style, please contact at hello@amyors.com telling details to us so that we can find out a solution for you.

Purchasing process

Please check out size chart considering the centimetres/CM and choose smartly your size.

You are not requested to register to place and order. However, only registered customer can enjoy benefits as being informed of promotions and discounts, saving your addresses for faster shopping and accessing your Wish list.

Once the order is invoiced and dispatched, you will receive an email confirming the status of your order and the transport agency’s tracking number.
Should not you receive the confirmation email, please check your Spam or verify your given email address is correct.

To pay for the order, you can use the following forms of payment: Credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, 4B and PAYPAL.
The charge will be made after the confirmation of the order.
In case you need to make a bank transfer, please contact us by email hello@amyors.com so that bank details are provided to you.
Please not Cash on Delivery will not be accepted.
Amy Ors uses a secure payment platform with encryption and will not store the credit card information in its files.

Payments and refunds for shipments to:

– The United States and Canada are billed in US dollars (USD)
– Britain are billed in pounds sterling (GBP)
– Shipments to other countries are billed in euros (EUR)

The prices do not include shipping costs of the product.

Once your order has been dispatched and invoiced, you will receive an email confirming the shipment and your order number for tracking. If you have registered as a user in the online store on our website, you can access the tracking of your order in the section “My account”.In case you have any questions or comments about your order, please contact customer service directly. We will be happy to help.

Shipping costs according to type of delivery service and country:

All orders from countries in EU are shipped with all taxes included in the final price of the article. Also, deliveries to rest of the world: Prices of articles already include sales tax (VAT) as well as every customs duties and handling fees. In case of return, please note that shipping costs, customs duties and management costs will not be refunded.

AMY ORS is responsible for the merchandise on every shipment during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point you become responsible for your purchased items.
If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package will confirm receipt and be responsible for it.

Returns

We hope you are happy with the article but in case you are not, you can return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from reception of your order. Please write the reasons why you are returning the item.
You will be refunded in the original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded, except for faulty goods or orders cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) only.
Please ensure that all items are returned unused, in perfect conditions, and with all the original packaging and labelling. Please try the shoes over a carpeted surface to avoid any damage to the sole. Any returns or exchanges may not be approved if the items are not returned in perfect condition. Not always; only when the items to return meet the following requirements:
a) They must not have been used or damaged.
b) They must be in their original box with the original packaging and the accessories included in the box.
c) The return must be notified within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, an email needs to be sent to us at hello@amyors.com adding the information below:

Collection address details and time: (we do not guarantee that the collection will be done at the specified time. It depends on the courier service)


Once the reception of your message has been confirmed by our customer service, our carrier will be advised to proceed.
Please insert the product in the original box.

To make any change from your initial order, please proceed to return the product and then to place a new order by our online shop with the size colour or style you wish.

The refund of the amount will be made through the same payment system with which you made the initial order, in a maximum period of 14 working days from receipt in our warehouse.


Shipping costs will not be refunded except in case of delivery product mistake on our part.

You will receive the refunded amount through the payment method used during the purchase, including shipping costs for faulty goods or orders cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) only; otherwise, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please note you will be refunded the costs of the goods (excluding shipping costs) in no more than 30 days, after reception of the goods and confirmation that the goods are in perfect condition and packed correctly.

Our Quality department applies a careful pre-shipment review system so that each of our products is tried to be dispatched in perfect condition.
It may be that any item could be considered as defective. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged.
If you receive a defective item, please follow the returns or exchanges process described above within 14 days of reception of your order.
Goods are also considered as defective where a manufacturing fault is detected after use within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
In case you receive a defective item please send us an email to hello@amyors.com with a brief description of the problem and a some pictures of this to help us to confirm if it is a manufacturing fault. If we identify a manufacturing fault, we will arrange a collection and our quality department will check the item.
A repair of the faulty items will be offered if possible. If you wish to exchange your item, please note that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund (excluding taxes and duties) if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
